Low Moor Station is currently one of the reserve items on the Regional Transport Board’s (RTB) list of projects. See here
With a Value for Money ratio of 2.1 the scheme meets the regional and national VfM criteria, however we are disappointed by the reports view that 2011 is an unrealistic delivery date.
