A Plan to Revive the Fortunes of Bradford and its People. (With a strong mention of Cross-Rail and an Airport link)
The Bradford Civic Society has created a regeneration report, following on from the failure of outsourced BCR company to make significant improvements to the city.

A Cross-Bradford rail link is mentioned in depth in the longer-term plan, with the apparent stagnation of the Westfield development, the plan remains strongly viable.
